Introduction

APAME 2013 Tokyo is to be held on 2-4 August in Tokyo. This is an open congress for all editors, authors, researchers, librarians, and publishers of medical journals.

Purpose

1) To promote exchange among editors, authors, researchers, librarians, and publishers of medical journals.
2) To raise the quality of scholarly journals on medicine and health sciences.
3) To expand collaboration among countries in the WHO South-East Asia and Western Pacific Regions.
